Good breakfast sandwich, great customer service!
I stopped here at 9:00 PM as I needed to pick up a late dinner for my family. The doors were locked, despite the posted hours indicating the store is open until 10 PM. I saw an employee inside, who I waved over. I asked her why the doors were locked, and she fumbled her words for a few seconds before saying that the store was “out of bread”. placed an order at 9:17, went to pick it up no later than 9:20, doors were locked (mind you they close at 10) and when they let us in they refused to make our food or give us a refund. i ordered as a guest and she called me stupid for not putting in a phone number or email. she told us she could pull up our order but not give us a refund? just close when you are supposed to close!
Its a gas station subway, but the food is on par or better than average subway
