They don't know the definition of a toasted sandwich. I even put in the notes to please toast extra and still got a completely cold sandwich. Closes early. Literally 10 minutes to 9pm and the employee claimed the owner told her to. Change the store hours to reflect actual open and close times.
Check your receipts! I got charged for an extra drink. When I walked into the store another person was getting money back for a similar issue with an over charge. Otherwise food was fine.
Stopped in to Subway for my Steak and Cheese Footlong. With 2 people in front of me I thought I might be in for a wait. But the employee behind the counter was not only tremendously quick, but she was able to be talkative and personal with the customers in front of me and me when it was my turn. She is the type of employee more businesses need.
Today I stopped in a Subway as I normally do while traveling for work. I was greeted today by an employee named April. She was the most friendliest employee I have met and I stop almost 4 out of 5 weekdays, I know people are quick with the negative and just wanted to give a positive shout out to April.
