The service is a little off, and the food wasn't so good either. I was trying to get my order in when the lady interrupted me and asked, "How many subs in total?" She seemed kind of annoyed. I was just going to order mine and let my wife order hers, so I said 1 for now, and she made a smart remark afterward.
Untoasted sandwich!!!
The food is great! Customer service is horrible. My wife ordered online, and I went in to pick it up, and I waited 15 minutes in line and then was told that I could just skip the line and go to the register. I told them the name my wife ordered under, but they wanted a confirmation code??? I had to leave the store, find my wife, get her phone, then come back in only for them to just hand me a sandwich.
