Terrible experience at Subway in Lynden Park Mall. There’s an older Indian lady working here who is extremely rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t understand what the customer is asking for and gets frustrated or dismissive instead of trying to help. Didn't get what I paid for apparently you have to ask for the items that are included on the sub. Not friendly at all
Me and my friend went to this place today. I mentioned her (lady with name badge seema)6 inch but she is just saying ya footlong 6 inch, I told No only 6 inch after that she took footlong bread. I mentioned her specifically that I need veggie but then also she never changed her gloves also showing me attitude, I don’t know why she is reacting weird. This place is worst in Brantford.
I ordered two subs, one veggie and one with a patty. Unfortunately, the experience at this location was extremely disappointing. The staff member, an elderly lady, seemed to have trouble understanding the order. Both subs were made as veggie only, and when I pointed it out, she simply heated a patty, opened the already prepared sub, and placed it inside.
