I recently visited Subway, and I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The employee who served me (Darshan Patel) was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. My order was prepared exactly as requested, with great attention to detail and care.
I was not impressed by this location.. to start off, they are very very chinsy on sub toppings. Had to ask 3 times for a few different toppings and each time was only a very very small amount added. While in the middle of making my sandwhich, the lady making my sub stopped to help serve somebody else. I then had to wait for them to pay and move along before my order was finished. After seeing so many similar reviews on experiences, I will not be returning again to this location.
I go to this location most times I want subway. Staff is always kind, engaging and remembers you and has a good conversation. Food is always fresh and prepped in a timely manner
