The most DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was next in line and the lady told me that she would not be able to serve me because she was going on break. I asked to speak to the manager and she said SHE WAS THE MANAGER, I asked to speak to someone above her and she told me that she couldn't give me that info. Tried ordering from whom I believe is a manager she was being a little cranky from the start but I was fine just wanting my sub then while I was ordering my sub I added that I wanted it toasted and she said “I already asked that” in a rude tone, then I asked again if it could be toasted and she put the stuff away and told me and my friends we can leave as she proceeds to walk in the back and not talk to us even when we asked for a name.
Everything was fresh. Crew were helpful and friendly
I was getting ready to walk in and I see a worker dance the hot to go motion really made me laugh but very unprofessional do better subway.
I went into subway after a long hard day I had not eat anything in about 48 hours. I came in at 8:55pm (I know late given they close at 9pm, like I said bad day). Mike the manager was nothing short than kind, respectful, thoughtful, and very personable.. he made me laugh and gave me my sub for free🥲 we need more people like him in the world! Thank you Mike and I hope you get something special in return for making a girls day and probably week with just being an amazing human being ❤️
