Whoever was working today around 5 (9/11/25) gave me a meatball sub with no sauce on the online order & didn't toast the other sub 🤣🤣 walk out the door, turn around & walk to wal mart to be a door greeter 🫡
Owners of this location should be ashamed of themselves and sell to someone that cares about their business. They are always out of items and the bread is always stale. The employees seem to hate working there and treat the customers the same way. I used to love subway but they lost me as a customer. Sad .
There were 6 people working and only 2 customers, but our online order hadn’t even been started when we arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready. The staff didn’t even acknowledge the situation or attempt to get the order ready in a timely manner. I don’t know if this is an app issue (it gave 15 min from order time till ready), but it felt like poor organization and management.
