There were 6 people working and only 2 customers, but our online order hadn’t even been started when we arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready. The staff didn’t even acknowledge the situation or attempt to get the order ready in a timely manner. I don’t know if this is an app issue (it gave 15 min from order time till ready), but it felt like poor organization and management. They make whatever they want. She repeated my order back to me and still didn't give me what I asked for. The cashier ignored me when I mentioned it to her. Absolute trash subway.
