Don’t really see a reason in having an online ordering ahead option when my order says it’s ready at 6:20 then I have to wait an extra 20 minutes because there’s a line of people in store and some that walked in after I placed my order get served before me.
What a difference a week makes. Last week I stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon and the young woman making sandwiches was on her game, helping people, giving great customer service and keeping the restaurant clean. This week I don't even get a hello from the gentleman working. He makes a great sandwich but his personality drives people to the subway down the street.
I have always liked this branch. The store is clean and staff is effic. I don't often remember coupons, but I had one to get a sub for $3.99. I presented it and was told this store does not honor coupons that are for $3.99. Why does Subway spend all that money on coupons that individual stores can refuse? I was not happy.
Worst subway food and service i have ever recieved.oorderd online said I did not not Food was a Meatball sub had 3 meatballs andNO sauce. Called server back on phone was treated rudely . Been going there 9 years everything it gets worse .Never again
I came here with a coupon for an 8.99 footlong sub MEAL ... I get charged extra.... then on top of that charged AGAIN extra.. the lady in front of me was also being rung up wrong as I over heard her talking and she was also charged extra. The food looked absolutely disgusting and there was no lettuce.. it was diabolical. My meal ( same one i got from the same store a couple weeks earlier. Now all of a sudden was $15 instead of my $10 with taxes. Etc. I dont ever complian but this is out of line!!!!
