Worst subway food and service i have ever recieved.oorderd online said I did not not Food was a Meatball sub had 3 meatballs andNO sauce. Called server back on phone was treated rudely . Been going there 9 years everything it gets worse .Never again
I came here with a coupon for an 8.99 footlong sub MEAL ... I get charged extra.... then on top of that charged AGAIN extra.. the lady in front of me was also being rung up wrong as I over heard her talking and she was also charged extra. The food looked absolutely disgusting and there was no lettuce.. it was diabolical. My meal ( same one i got from the same store a couple weeks earlier. Now all of a sudden was $15 instead of my $10 with taxes. Etc. I dont ever complian but this is out of line!!!!
Last Sunday got a club with next to nothing of meat on the sub. Very very thin sliced and so was the cheese. Probably need to get out a scale to get correct amount of meat and didn't even make to either end of the sub. Definitely wasn't 6 oz Of meat. I'll stick with lpga and nova rd. for future subs as they have never let me down. And overpriced for what I got. I guess you got what ya gotta do to make a extra buck or two.
We just sent a family member to pick up 2 meatball sandwiches that we ordered. We used a current Subway coupon. We ordered 2 meatball sandwiches online and went to pick them up. The owner got the order, as the sandwiches were ready. Then he pulls the "I can't see it in the system" bullshit and wants to charge $27.00 for 2 meatball sandwiches! Beware of this one. Closed the doors at 10:30? If you still have to go/online orders before you close at 11, then those should still be sent out. I understand wanting to close and clean early, but for an online order, you can still do this and make sure it gets sent out.
