Not happy about having to use self service Kiosks. I will not be back to this location or to another subway if this is the new vision.
I do not like the kiosk… my order was wrong and I could not eat it. I thought that this new system would make it easier to order. Both of our foot long turkey sandwich orders were wrong. It was not toasted, it did not have extra turkey, it had some weird white sauce on it, it had spinach, no pepper jack cheese. One or two mistakes, but not a different sandwich??? Can only use kiosk, put italian herb and cheese and they gave wrong bread type so they threw the hole sandwich away i’m hungry.

The bread was not fresh and kind of hard. We stopped in for two sandwiches and took them home. My sandwich bread was very stiff on the outsides and kind of tough to eat.
