Hi, I came in around 730pm today and asked for a water cup after buying a sandwich. I think you guys are out of water cups and he told me he didnt have any and I told him isnt it the law to provide free water? I was totally misinformed about this and I feel bad that I was a little frustrated at your employee. The guy that was working was very kind! This was sincerely my bad. I hope you do get water cups though.
Buy the footlong meatball ,only have 2 meatballs only two,why??? I pay the money!!!
Save yourself from visiting this store. Apparently Ivonne, the store manager said portion sizes have changed and give the minimum amount of ingredients. Also if you order online she said you need to call your bank and the corporate number for a refund. I’m glad customers are complaining because it’s BS. They suck at preparing online orders which makes sense why they installed the kiosk since they don’t like confrontation when handling refunds.
