WORST SUBWAY, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! MY ELDERLY PARENTS WANTED A SANDWHICH FOR LUNCH AND WERE TREATED VERY RUDELY BY THE STAFF, WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY SAW THE SELF ORDER MACHINE BUT DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT, WHEN THEY ASKED THE STAFF FOR HELP THEY WERE RUDE AND DENIED THEM SERVICE. Horrible experience here. It was my first and. Last time in this establishment. Cashier was ok. The manager on duty I think by far has been the worst encounter I have had in a few years. Did not acknowledge anyone. Give off a friendly environment. Which is absurd don't you deal with people all day and the way you treat people will improve your business and productivity level. Subway is getting ridiculous! Automating everything and only having one employee slows down everything. Takes a very long time to get a sandwich. Can’t even talk to a human anymore. These employees deserve a big raise.
Employee Graciela has her name on her visor and according to all the comments from this location policy is paramount. Customer service is not a real thing. I've visited other locations that have the self check out, but other locations understand that if the customer wants to order in person. We can request and the Employee will grant that, because stores want customers to come back.
