They don't honor their own promotion that they have on the door as you walk in. Buy 3 subs get the 4th free. Took away my credit and still charged me for the 4th sub even after trying to explain their own promotion to him. Avoid this place, subway is way overpriced anyway.
Man working night at around 7p.m. on Tuesday 1/13/2026 was very disrespectful, seems to hate his job. Puts toppings on sandwich then proceeds to let all the toppings fly out of the sandwich when he wraps it. This subways takes no pride in who they hire and takes no accountability with them or the products they put out. Horrible service, atmosphere and all other aspects.
They were unwilling (unable?) to honor their pricing in window and menu board for their meal deal. I was here at Ridge Road at 8:30p on 1/8/26.
Where do I even start first off? The worker kind of big structure Indian was absolutely rude. He has no personality. Got angry when I told him what I wanted charged me for three cookies when I only wanted one gave me so much attitude was sitting there on his phone with his AirPods in his ear. The owner is a great dude and it hurts me to make this type of review, but this worker must be fired. He’s gonna make the franchise go down.
