Overcharged and Disappointed – Will Not Return I recently visited this location and had a very disappointing experience. Not only did they try to overcharge me for my order, but they also automatically added a tip without mentioning it. I didn’t realize it at the time, and now I’m frustrated with myself for not catching it sooner. A tip shouldn’t have been added in the first place, especially for such poor service. If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered 3 subs all of them #15 titan turkey so should have double meat. These sandwiches literally came with one piece of meat!!! I called and talked to the manager and he said he would give me 50% off my next order. NO THANK YOU. Will not be coming here again and I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

Pros: Restaurant is very clean in general and looks nice. Good volume background music with some ads. Cons: It seems the employees just don't enjoy their job, and that manifests in everything else. They seem totally uninterested and are hard to communicate with. In a DIY sandwich shop, that leads to some difficulty. I haven't seen anyone (myself included) be asked what type of bread they would like, for example.
