I ordered on the app and picked up an order tonight. However, on the app I wrote "Please heat up the meat only on all of the sandwiches, Thank you." in the special instructions. Due to no spot on the app (that I have found) will let you only heat the meat. It is toasted or regular(cold). That was ignored and none of the meat was heated but at least the bread wasn't a rock like Ridge Rd. did to me last time I ordered from there last week. 3/4 bread on my meatball was solid. I am appalled at the service I received here. This is my neighborhood subway and I’ve been coming here for years and I was treated so poorly by the elderly woman there today , which is odd to me because I’ve seen her before and she’s never been so rude to me! I ordered a kids sub for my son at his care program to bring him and this lady looked at me and glared when I told her I needed a kids sub. Rude rude rude. The moment we walked in the older lady approached us and stated we couldn’t be in here with our food. (We just finished shopping the attached Walmart and were waiting for my husband to pay and he was coming in to order a meatball sandwich. ) I told the employee my husband was coming in to order and she cut me off stating we couldn’t be in here with our food.
