You guys should probably make sure your employees are properly trained before letting them run a store. I asked for a wrap. They gave me flatbread. The more I insisted that a tortilla is "round", the more they told me this is what they always use. I asked for the "steak and cheese" to be warmed. Workers didn’t talk loud enough and did not pay attention. The one helping me was not paying attention when ringing up the order had to tell her 3 times I need to use my subway rewards number.
