Don’t place orders online here. They do not follow instructions on orders. Tried giving them another chance but continue making wrong orders. Like how? It’s on the paper. Smh.
Never order for pickup. I have yet to receive an order that was correctly put together without my needing to handhold them through the process. Reading comprehension seems to be lacking at this particular location. Seems like other reviewers are of the same opinion but the issue persists because the staff there can't read.
Similar review to many here. The owners must half the portions. In my 25 plus years of eating Subway this is by far the worst sandwich Ive had. The chicken was definitely split in half. Some of my veggies were missing and they didn’t put any other ones.
Did a mobile order, paid extra for bacon - it wasn’t in the sandwich. I also asked for extra pickles and for each half to be wrapped - it wasn’t. I drove all the way back, this rude Arabic man accused me of taking it out, that it was a $6.99 sandwich and he will NOT remake it. Yet the receipt says if it isn’t right, they’ll remake it. The owners here must tell the workers to put almost no vegetables or meat in the sandwiches. Do not order for pickup or you will have almost nothing inside your sandwich. Having worked at a Subway in my younger years, this is definitely not how sandwiches should be made. Corporate would not be happy with the product given.
