Just stood in line for 20 min, only to be told they 1. Don’t know how to honor my BOGO coupon and 2. Are out of bread. Manager came back and offered a half assed sorry. What a JOKE!! 3. Two customers before me asked for a couple of the fresh cookie that were cooling on a pan and was told by an employee no because the cookies would fall apart if he tried getting them off the pan. That’s pure BS employee just didn’t want to. I guess the reviews really do speak for themselves.
The Sister @ that location was pretty nice n courteous. Good customer service.
Dirty all over at 8am, they don’t know their menu no matter what you order will be asked for every ingredient.
Caitlin is a terrible server and the whole setup is very mismanaged
some strange people serve you here, they barely walk, zero service 0%
