Customer service is awful—save yourself the time and go elsewhere. It’s clear they put zero effort into hiring or training quality staff.
Awful customer service. I ordered four sandwiches on the app on the $6 special. The app charged me regular price. That means I paid double. I left a message for the manager and they never got back to me. I called back a second time and the person told me they don't have a manager. They told me to contact Subway through the app but no response there either.
