We ordered online for pick up… got home without our chips in the bag, and the cheesesteak had a huge piece of gristle on it. It was absolutely disgusting. Needless to say, was not worth the $45 we spend there for subs and highly doubt we will order there again. Very sad!
1. Beware. This is a franchise, not a corporate store. Therefore, they will not honor all of the coupons. This is deplorable. 2. Twelve days ago I had 30 minutes of time to kill so I went and got some food and a drink there. As it turns out, the drink machine was not working properly. The staff knew this. They still sold me a drink that was not drinkable. I asked to talk to the manager and franchise owner. Neither were there. They gave me a bottle of soda instead.
