Just had a hard time finding parking
Maggie was truly an exceptional worker and the main reason I’ll be returning to this location. Even before my friend and I stepped inside, she greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile from the window. Throughout our visit, she was polite, efficient, and maintained a high level of professionalism, even when her coworkers weren’t as attentive. I recently ordered a sandwich online from Subway, and unfortunately, it was toasted despite my request for a non-toasted one. When I brought this issue to the workers' attention, they seemed to have an issue with remaking it. There was an uncomfortable back-and-forth between the staff about who would handle the remake, and their attitude was far from professional. This is not the type of restaurant I would like to frequent if mistakes are met with such negativity. Very disappointed with the customer service experience.
Great Subway. I go here for lunch every day!
