We came in on a lazy Sunday afternoon for a light lunch. Now we’ve been to a lot of different subways but I will say we had the most delightful experience. The cashier named Winter, who helped us, was so nice. I always think it’s worth mentioning when you get great service and she did an amazing job. Great guest experiences is what keeps businesses going and she definitely hit that mark. Thank you winter.
Missing item on Uber Eats. Called and spoke with Jeffrey. Responded with a sarcastic tone of “Oh, I forgot your (little) cookie.” Jeffrey, it may be just a cookie to you but a little bit of empathy keeps customers coming back. You just lost one.
there were two employees, one named Jeffrey i believe. he had a very bad attitude and wasn’t listening. his coworker, i didn’t catch his name but he seemed young, was trying to converse with Jeffrey but Jeffrey blew him off. not only that the younger employee was mocking my husband under his breath. overall they were slow and sloppy with the sandwiches and did NOT provide a welcoming atmosphere. i’m very disappointed.
I come here all the time and Jeffery is always so nice and makes the best sandwiches! 10/10
