Not only did my sandwich have moldy ham on it, they also screwed up my order. Don't go here.
They keep messing up my online orders. I'm being charged for a meal but never getting my drink OR chips.
Depending on the server but I literally just ordered something it’s toasted mind you and I’m here as she’s putting the toppings on, so I tell that’s enough mayo that’s enough sauce but she just keep putting more and more so that already made the sandwich soggy and sauce was literally pouring out of the sandwich just from closing it. I am a regular visitor. Some of the workers I witnessed argued with customers on how to make a sub, not good for business. I recently visited this location, ordered it online, and picked it up. When I picked up, she couldn't find my order, then they realized my order was canceled. No reason was offered when I asked. Will not come back as I would like to.
Does not accept coupons despite specifically advertising for Burbank location. In fairness this might seem like a minor gripe, but the only way this place could possibly worth it would be if you're paying less than $10 for a sandwich.
