Slowest Subway ever. Order Online and can't even put the food on the pick up section. Besides there's people ordering and taking for ever there's only one employee and had to wait like 10+ mins just to tell them I'm picking up my order. Get more employees or idk if they hiding in the back or whenever.
I usually don't complain, but I ordered on the app, Way before these other people decided to walk in the door. Yet, they were serviced before me. My sub was dead last to be made. I sat there and waited for all the ones who ordered after me. If Iris were working today, OR have two people working, instead of just one person, then it would be quite efficient. I can't believe you only have one person working during peak lunch hours. Not good
Barely any toppings actually added. Pure laziness. When I arrived there tonight, the employee was standing outside chatting instead of inside filling orders. She went inside since I arrived and clearly put little effort into making them. Lettuce doesnt even look fresh. Too bad, I just moved here and my family loves subway but this isnt a good first impression.
