Very disappointing experience. The employee I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Customer service was completely lacking, and it made an otherwise simple visit uncomfortable. I won’t be returning to this location.
It was my first time in this Subway and from my initial stance in line it seemed clean which is important for me. Just as important is service! The fella ahead of me seemed rude and not engaged (because he was on his phone scrolling) as if he was the only person ordering food. 🙄 Nonetheless, he was treated as if he was valued.
