I visited this Subway two days ago during a hectic lunch rush,around 12.30 pm and I was seriously impressed by the girl working behind the counter. Despite the line being long and the store being incredibly busy, she handled everything with a calm, friendly attitude and amazing efficiency. She made sure each order was perfect and kept things moving smoothly. Her customer service was top-notch — polite, professional, and genuinely caring. Subway is lucky to have her! Give this girl a raise 👏👏
I ordered a NOT toasted tuna sub with shredded cheese and onion and I got a toasted sub with no cheese or onion. You cannot heat up mayo. Thats a food safety issue. Absolutely disgusting and the bread is so hard. Why toast something that SHOULDN'T BE TOASTED and where's half the ingredients I asked for??
I visited Subway at 7:30 AM today. Despite waiting patiently for 10 minutes, no employees came from the back to take my order. I called out "hello" multiple times, but received no response. Frustrating experience - had to leave without being served after waiting at an apparently open store with no staff in sight.
With how bad it was, I’m not surprised I’m not the only one who received an astonishingly disgusting, moldy sandwich. Person working refused to give a refund and just blamed it on whomever worked before them. Absolutely do not go to this Subway.
