On Friday 8/6, I visited this subway restaurant on Appleton Ave. After getting my sub, and 2 bites into the sandwich, I noticed the bread was hard. I walked back into the restaurant to inform the young man and he said because I requested toasted. This is not my first subway sub nor my first time getting it toasted. I explained that and he continued to go against me. I asked for a remake.
