Unfortunately, had a very negative experience although the people behind the counter were nice the vegetables all looked like they were not fresh lettuce, and spinach were wilted and brown. Bought the new sandwich off of the protein menu and unfortunately received the same amount of protein as my husband’s normal sandwich.
6:45pm, staff were attentive to customers and it was just a pleasant experience to get our supper. Everything looked well kept too and it appeared the staff took good care of their store.
When you order online, pay premium for extra protein, extra cheese, and specify your toppings...you'll be COMPLETELY SURPRISED when you get home and unwrap your sandwich to find no cheese, toppings you didn't order, and a single layer of protein. READ THE ORDER...paying $19 for a sandwich one would think better preparation would be in order. Walked the sandwich back up and they wanted to hand me the extra protein to add to the sandwich myself. UNACCEPTABLE.
