Went in to get a sandwich at lunch. The two kids working behind the counter spent more time talking to their friend in line than working. Then one of them proceeded to attach the soda machine nozzles with bare hands.....After waiting 12 mins in line (with one person in front of me, no online orders) I walked out....There was zero effort to greet and address customers. Do not plan to return.

I was so excited to have subway back in Lancaster but I’m so disappointed. Every single time I’ve put in a pick up order something is wrong, if you go in and tell them exactly what to do and micromanage it’s fine but don’t waste your time doing a pickup order, I keep trying to give them another chance and there is no point. It’s a waste of their time and mine to have to go back after my pickup order is done and have them redo everything again.
