Super slow to serve people, no order of paying attention to a customer and then moving on. I was just stuck in the middle watching orders be finished and new orders taken while my sub just sat half made. I’ve never seen people move slower.
Hours are listed wrong
I had a disappointing experience at the Subway located in Calgary Airport. The staff seemed very unfriendly and impatient. While placing my order, I felt rushed and was given the impression that I was taking too long to decide. Their tone and body language made me feel uncomfortable. As a traveler, I was expecting a more welcoming and polite service, especially at an international airport.
April 29, 2025. Around 6:30pm I had a really bad experience with the service from one of the three employees, that was asian lady on the meat side counter. I told her to have some veggies before toasted. First she completely ignored and when I asked again, she yelled at me and said "I heard it". That not the way to talk to your customer. If you don't like the job then stay Home, don't ruin other's day, specially at airport. Thanks
Out of the 3 ladies that worked there the older lady was very rude and condescending. The other 2 ladies were phenomenal and very nice
