I had a bad experience with the manager she was really smart and told us to leave the store so I will never go back to the orchard subway she wasn't nice at all she shouldn't be a manager at all plus she threw the bread in the trash very poor management she needs to be fired as well
I'm not going to that subway anymore. My wife and I Went into Subway in the orchard behind Wendy's on Thursday January 22 at around 8 pm. A new guy(big guy) they hired had only been there 3 days was so high on either pain pills or heroin that he couldn't speak. He was nodding and almost falling over. We decided to leave. I wanted to send a big thank you Amanda B at our local Subway for always going above and beyond with exceptional customer service. We ordered our subs through the app and picked up about 10 minutes later, Amanda met us at the shop with a beautiful smile and a welcoming hello that made us feel right at home. Our subs were made perfectly just as they are every time Amanda is working. She is the reason we choose Subway as our weekend lunch spot. Thank you and see you next weekend!
