Staff were rude and laughed at me just for asking for extra vegetables. One of them didn’t even close the sub properly on purpose. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. ( Delta)
Scanned our vouchers twice but charged us as if they only scanned one. Staff didn't seem to understand how the till works.
Service here is too rude, not welcoming at all
The Asian attendant was rough with the food, you could tell she hates her job. She asked me if I want toasted said yes and she didn't do it. When I came to complaint about it, her solution was to our in microwave. So I ate a $20 microwaved sandwich! Worst value of my life, bad service. Please hire people who like their work. So disapointed
If you want to quickly lose 5 pounds, this is your place. You'll be emptying out of both ends for the next 2 days, but at least the subs are overpriced.
