The workers are very kind but management needs to step up and do better. I’ve come in many different times (weekends, weekdays, daytime, evening, nighttime) and they are NEVER appropriately staffed. They only ever have one worker and online orders never get made. I should not have to wait 15 minutes after the latest pick up time from the subway app after placing an order half an hour ago. Just bought a 6" sub from here and realized when i got home that he toasted it without asking me if i wanted it toasted. I have sensitive teeth to hard foods, so this is very disappointing.
