I went in to this location tonight and a super sweet girl named Kamal was working by her self. It was pretty busy when I got in and she did a great job managing everyone’s orders. I do feel bad for her because I’m sure it was stressful when you’re working alone. This is also not the best area so I don’t really think it’s ideal to be this low staffed. She was great though.

My brother and I just left this subway, a nice girl was working there alone….. she shouldn’t have been to start things off when I asked to have a wrap it looked like she was doing Einstein level calculations in her head. Second instead of toasting it she wrapped it into a square folded the paper on it then threw in into the oven…. The amount of smoke that came out of the oven was comparable to a bob marley concert. Kobe truly went above and beyond. This young man took the time and care and paid enough attention to choose the freshest ingredients and discard anything wilted. He cares about what he does and this shows in his work ethic. Thank you Kobe!
The workers are very kind but management needs to step up and do better. I’ve come in many different times (weekends, weekdays, daytime, evening, nighttime) and they are NEVER appropriately staffed. They only ever have one worker and online orders never get made. I should not have to wait 15 minutes after the latest pick up time from the subway app after placing an order half an hour ago.
