It’s just this place is nearby my workplace. So I had order from this multiple times. But this is going downhill since last year. Staff don’t even read online order properly and just make the worst sandwich beyond your imagination. If reading is too tough for staff than stop taking orders online and just ask put option to instore order. Have mention what needed to be the less hence found the most.
The server there is always so friendly, and offers great service
If you mobile order ahead to save time in line for lunch, it's useless. They don't have a mobile pick up spot, you have to line up to be attend by worker. If you stand on the side of checkout, still useless as people keep coming and lines up as lunch gets busy.
Service was quick
The girl at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. She did not treat customers with respect or basic courtesy. It seemed like she was frustrated about something unrelated, but unfortunately, she took it out on customers. Regardless of the reason, customers deserve to be treated politely and professionally.
