The server there is always so friendly, and offers great service
If you mobile order ahead to save time in line for lunch, it's useless. They don't have a mobile pick up spot, you have to line up to be attend by worker. If you stand on the side of checkout, still useless as people keep coming and lines up as lunch gets busy.
Service was quick
The girl at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. She did not treat customers with respect or basic courtesy. It seemed like she was frustrated about something unrelated, but unfortunately, she took it out on customers. Regardless of the reason, customers deserve to be treated politely and professionally.
