I immediately called the store and asked to speak to the young man who made my sandwich. After I explained the issue, he insisted he had made it correctly and repeatedly implied that I was lying. Hello! This is to any ignorant reviewers who decide to give one star when they could of fixed their own problem. If you want the cheese on your sandwich melted you don't ask for simply warmed up. You ask for toasted. Warmed up just means your cheese and bread will be warmed, thought that was common sense. Second of all, if you don't think your sandwich doesn't have enough toppings you can literally request for more while you're ordering it, you don't have to wait 20 minutes after you've already ordered to complain. I bought a steak baguette here and within one hour of eating it, had an upset stomach, to the point where I actually wretched. I am not convinced that some of the food here, especially more expensive products like steak, is cooked fresh daily. Whatever I was served was unfit for human consumption and certainly not fresh.
