I go here about once per month. I have always had great food and great service.
If you are on lunch break and order online, don’t bother. They don’t make your order on time and rather take walk-in orders first. I thought the point of online ordering is to skip the line.?!? I will not be coming back to this location!!! Only one person making sandwiches and another in the back, not doing anything when she could have made my order on time!!!! Then the manager tried to downplay it
I recently visited this store & experienced the worst customer service that I have encountered in a very long time. When I finally left there, I felt like I had just been bullied by the 2 male Employees that were behind the counter. So rude and unprofessional!!! I truly hope that this store’s management is not encouraging the behavior that I experienced. This blonde man worker was amazing and so joyful to talk too, he’s the only worker that ever seemed he actually cared for his job and made my sandwich well. Even after serving over 10 people with me in line last!! Otherwise the other worker I asked for her name Leondria, she was sitting in the back watching Nexflix on her phone not helping while this young man looked stressed out with all these orders.
***FOOD POISONING*** I ordered a BMT and was sick for two days. Worst food poisoning that I’ve had in over 20 years.
