Some of the rudest individuals I’ve ever come across in the subway franchise. No bread baked by 1:30pm ? And the floors have food all over . No hair nets either.
Buying a snack sandwich, refused to give us chicken on it because it wasn't on the menu, I even tho I offered to pay for it. Ridiculous I cant get what I want on the sandwich im paying for, I even offered to pay extra. Horrible lady, Horrible service. Usually subway you build your own sandwich. I bought mine for my kid and didn't get myself anything. Im a vegetarian so she said I could only get the egg, otherwise id have to get the meat thats on the menu.
Worst customer service I’ve experience the woman was very rude and wouldn’t listen to a word I was saying. I made a small mistake which was very easily fixable and the woman wouldn’t fix it or help at all and wouldn’t answer the phone or anything. Will never go back here
