Asked for tap water and was told that they do not offer cups for tap water. Absolutely insane to not allow a customer water from that tap to try and force them into buying water bottles. Disgusting behaviour!!
Absolutely rude. Didn't have the proper bread available at 8am. Whatever that meant! Then how are you going to serve breakfast and lunch today as a sandwich restaurant?! I left. Went to the Butt Road location. I've never heard of a Subway in Canada that doesn't have any coffee for costumers either! Every Subway in AB, SK, and MB has coffee.

Rude staff. Several food items not in stock. Expensive compared to other subways?? Not door was boarded up. Lots of homeless outside. I managed to get my 3rd sandwich option and that was alright hence the 2 star rating.
I'm sorry I never write a review in any restaurant, but this time I felt I was humilated . July 27 2025 at exactly 8:30 pm, the staff is not in the mood to serve the customers. I asked her if the store is still open, and she replied still open. So I ordered pepperoni and cheese dipper for my son and egg and cheese bfast sandwich for my wife she told me the pepperoni and cheese is not available then I ordered different flavor not knowing the promotion for that was over .
