Dear Subway Corporate Team, I am writing to formally complain about a recurring and unacceptable issue at the Subway location at Pilot Travel Center #40, 2031 W Ryan Rd, Oak Creek, WI 53154, off I-94 at Exit 322. regarding the inability to redeem Subway gift cards and the lack of any alternative payment option. On December 22, 2025 and again on January 1,2025, I attempted to use Subway gift cards at this location and was told that the gift card machine was down, making redemption impossible both times.
