Honestly best subway I’ve been to in Kelowna :)
It is an absolutely painful experience. IF you’re LUCKY they might try to listen to you and you MIGHT get the sub you want. Getting ingredients other than lettuce feels like it’s coming off their pay cheques. Go in and ask for a foot long chicken teriyaki on whole wheat. Ok, foot long or 6”? And what kind of bread? What kind of sub? And then ask for a tip? Not on your life lol. Drive further to the next subway.
Haven't been to a Subway in a while. All was good and clean. We will be back
Slow and no understanding of priorities. I ordered through the app 15mins in advance and still waited more than 10mins after arriving (only ordered a footlong and a 6”). I’ve come to understand this subpar service is the regular standard at this location.
