Very speedy and used the good tomato slices!
I ordered a Turkey sub and somehow the lady put a combination of ham and turkey in the sub. This is a critical mistake for someone who does not eat pork. Please be more careful.
Twice now I’ve pre-ordered about 45 minutes prior to pickup, and the app has never updated to show my order was ready. I also never received an email or notification. The first time, I arrived at 5:30 PM (exactly at my scheduled pickup time) and was told the location was running behind. Today, I waited patiently for the pickup reminder, but when I finally called, I was told my order had been ready for 5:30 PM and that I should have checked the app. I did check—there was no update or reminder. The portion of food was very small, only half of the steak was visible, which was equivalent to a 6-inch portion. I am very dissatisfied, It's just a money grab.
