Arsha and ashi or whatever her name is rude as hell
All of these locations have grills available for sandwiches, yet they still refuse to use them—even when the grill was right there. I really don’t understand the unwillingness to provide a simple service like grilling. It just comes across as laziness.
Have been to this location three times now, and every time there portioning is ridiculous lol. Salads with one handful of spinach and trying to upcharge? I also have a very limited diet due to ibs, so I like building it my way. I asked for the ingridients in a dressing for a salad once, and they gave me the wrong dressing as they described with onions and garlic which triggers my gut to inflame. So I went there 2 hours before they closed. No one was there. They were cleaning so I guess that’s a good thing. Took 5 minutes of the 2 of them fighting to serve me. After one of them decided I wasn’t to big of an inconvenience to serve. She helped me. I ordered 2 subs. After starting both she told me she didn’t have the stuff to make the second sub.
