The staff at this location are always incredible. I come here almost every day!
The bread was rock hard, the orders was completely mixed up. No cheese on the subs, mustard when we wanted chipotle, onion when I asked for green pepper, and when I called she said the order didn’t come from their store. I hung up, checked the address and had to call back. Then she told me ai was lying and that the order was good. Oh, okay. Case of giving terrible food via door dash.
Just a big fat NO.
Unfortunately, the customer service during my visit was not good. The young woman helping us seemed upset the entire time, had an unfriendly attitude, and made annoyed facial expressions whenever we asked something. It was also difficult to understand her at times. I politely asked for a bit more of the sauce I wanted, but she refused and said she had already added enough. The interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
