I thought it was “subway have it your way”, not “subway have it my way, cause I’m too lazy to make it your way.”
Fire everyone and start over. Also, stop making people that are there wait for people that aren't. You serve the people there, and online orders when those are done. Not the other way around. Used to come multiple times a week. Will not be back ever and plan to contact Subway corporate offices to let them know what is being done to their brand. Shame on you
