We walked in to eat real quick on our break. It was 9:40 @ 945 after we were already sitting at the table to eat they tried to tell us they close before 10. We were already in a hurry and eating quickly but at 9:55 they cut the lights off while we were still eating. I've worked restaurants and understand wanting to leave on time but cutting the lights off with customers still in the building EATING is just rude and uncalled for.
This place is impeccably clean! The service was amazing. Smiles and friendly hellos all around, and they take pride in making sure their customers are happy. I’ll be back!
Terrible experience, placed an online order, when I showed up at the pick up time my order was not there, not ready and not “in the system”, they made it and then gave my order to someone else not even questioning if it was actually their order, similar to how on my arrival they tried giving ME someone else’s ONLINE ORDER until I said “no this isn’t mine”; though I SHOWED THEM my receipt, with my name, their address, and EVERYTHING they assured me “I only work here, it isn’t in my system so you can either wait or leave or ca... read more
Store always clean!!! Customer service always on point!!! Food always fresh tasting!!!
Owners are alway great but last night was a terrible experience. Todays date is 08292025. When I walked in the door there was no costomer service. It was around 8pm at night. I wasnt asked what bread i want i had to tell them. No smile. Clealry both the young ladies that were working were not happy to be there and I was not happy to get a sub from them. I will unfortunately have to takebmy subway purchase elsewhere. Life is tough but please remind your employees cutomer service equals returning cutomers.
