The employees are rude and don't have good people skills, and don't talk loudly enough to be heard
If you’re looking for a friendly environment and exemplary customer service, honestly if you’re looking for customer service at all do not step foot in this location. The employees are always rude and never greet you upon entering. Their faces are always unpleasant as if they don’t want to be there. The employees are curt and rude! Horrible customer service. The absolute worst. Walked in and was not greeted. The staff working looked at each other, in disgust as if they were upset I came in. They had well over an hour before they closed. Not once was I was asked “how may I help you.” Just stared at until I began placing my order. Not sure what’s going on here but someone needs to address the poor attitudes and unfriendliness of these employees. I mean the least they could do is greet paying customers!
