Ordered food through Grubhub. SUBWAY not Grubhub messed it all up. So we call to get a refund and the staff member blew us off and said contact Grubhub. That's not the point. We don't want to wait an hour for our correct food. Apparently this Subway can't get anything right anymore. Read the order.. put the correct items on it. It’s not rocket science, it's making sandwiches.
These people have never heard of a toaster oven.
Don’t recommend I asked for grilled chicken an bacon the lady didn’t even listen an put rotisserie chicken on it an was not wanting to change it she said oh I already made it an only did after I insisted that I said grilled chicken she said oh I assumed you wanted the chicken bacon sandwich with this chicken then she took the rotisserie chicken and put it back in the container after it was already in my sandwich which not to mention she was the one you couldn’t understand
Closing at 8:18 pm doesn't sound like good service to me but it's funny how they're supposed to close at 9pm
Sammantha and Deja it’s always a pleasure when I come in the store. They’re always perky happy and smile and very personable and they make the best sandwiches period
