Sammantha and Deja it’s always a pleasure when I come in the store. They’re always perky happy and smile and very personable and they make the best sandwiches period
Not happy since they put up screen to block us from seeing our meat added to our sandwich. Very little meat anyway. Last 2 times I ordered a sandwich to go, I was given coldcuts instead of what I ordered. 6/30/25 was last time. Will not return to this Subway. Staff not particularly friendly
The subways in bay city suck! This isn’t the first time I’ve gone and got no help I have over 10 mins to close and all I wanted was a subway sandwhich all day! I go through the drive through and no one helps me even though the open sign is on! And the online site says open until 10 pm . This is stupid ! Put up the closed sign if ur closing down early! Terrible business!
I have been at this subway several other times and the two ladies working today are some of the best workers I have encountered at this store I got here today around 11 ish this morning and sitting here eating and just listening to them on how they took care of each customer was very good...
staff was kind but the food isn't prepared to spec. I ordered a chicken teriyaki, after it came out of the toaster I noticed the chicken strips were plain. They stated "oh it has the sauce on it already, I can give you more if you want more" then offered the sweet onion sauce. They apparently don't actually use teriyaki sauce on the strips at all. This must be a longstanding issue for her and her coworker not to notice and to offer sweet onion as a fix to missing teriyaki.
