Horrible service!! I ordered through the app and was supposed to receive chips with my sandwich. Delivery was quick, however I was missing the chips. Contacted the franchisee who told me that it was the delivery driver's responsibility to grab the chips and that they don't put those in the bag. WHAT?! How are the delivery drivers supposed to know to grab the chips when there are no instructions to do so? That is ridiculous! I then asked for a refund and they refused. Very friendly service. Subs were par for the course. We had cold cut combos. Found the kitchen exhaust fan a little loud.
Very poor quality and service when you place an online order. Don’t leave without checking everything especially when you pay extra for ingredients!!!
