My husband and I went through the drive thru ordered a sub and said ok I’ll be back. My husband then tells him sir……… we are ordering multiple subs. This guy comes back and tells us well I’m the only one working and I’m making them one at a time. My husband politely says ok. The guys proceeds to tell my husband this is how it’s going to be and if you don’t like it then I guess I can’t make your subs even though my husband didn’t argue with him. The gentleman that made my sub, not only coughed all over my sub and the whole ingredient counter, but also picked his nose, very obviously, before and after taking my sub out of the toaster. With gloves! And not a scratch. He was digging boogers out of his nose. And continued to make subs without changing gloves. After one time I was shocked and disgusted, but twice, are you serious? Now I know why nobody eats subway anymore! Save your money and go buy fresh ingredients!
