09/1/2025 After I struggled a little bit with my order, an older lady with grey hair and glasses said that she had “better things to do” and that i needed to hurry up. I spent about 5 minutes total with being in the store. I will not be coming back to this location, due to this lady being so rude. Every time im in this store around lunch on the weekend they only have 1 person working. I just stood there for 30 minutes waiting on online orders to be made. While I waited I watched 8-10 people walk back out. The owner needs to realize that the 8-10 people that walked out would easily pay for more help! Very poor management here!
Outlaw footlong tastes great overall, but the quality of steak itself isn’t that great. Italian herb n cheese bread seems a day old at least.

There is usually only one employee...they manage online orders and in store . First thing said when I came in was, "sorry, going to be a minute, have 4 ahead of you". So make sure you are extra time to wait, watched this one employee make 5 sandwiches while I waited 20 min. 8n store customers should take priority. If they need to hire more help for online orders they should do so.
