Lettuce was brown i ask for some different and he got and said they looked the same and they didn't it looked better i was still polite,him and another employee chimed in saying it looked the same, but when I got back to work to eat the black olives smelled like they turned. Will never go back tried to call the store and Google said the store was closed. The young lady was great.
ONE MONTH AGO: Told at the door, by the 'manager', that they were working on "app" orders, that we would have to wait at least 30 mins to order !! NOPE....Went to Subway across fm Kauffman Stadium. Instant Excellent Svc. Is now our Go-To Subway. I wonder WHY Raytown shop is NOW CLOSED ????
I was trying to order food when the manager came out and said. "Add $2 to his meal. That's the way it is". So I canceled my order and As I was leaving, I heard people talking under Their breath saying that guy should be fired. But nothing happened. It's really the management that is horrible there, even to their employees. They treat their customers very badly.
