I visited the store with the intention of purchasing three sandwiches; however, I was unable to complete my order due to the unsanitary conditions observed. The premises appeared disorganized, and there was a significant presence of flies. I felt compelled to leave without making a purchase, and I wanted to bring these observations to your attention regarding the state of your establishment.
They were very rude
Just came back from here and soon as I got home lost my appetite. While I was there going to get ice there was something brown and black in the ice cubes(didn’t even get ice after that). Then I get home and I just found a long nasty piece of hair in my cookies after I broke it apart . Like imagine that I really was exited.
Lettuce was brown i ask for some different and he got and said they looked the same and they didn't it looked better i was still polite, him and another employee chimed in saying it looked the same, but when I got back to work to eat the black olives smelled like they turned. Will never go back tried to call the store and Google said the store was closed. The young lady was great.
ONE MONTH AGO: Told at the door, by the 'manager', that they were working on "app" orders, that we would have to wait at least 30 mins to order !! NOPE....Went to Subway across fm Kauffman Stadium. Instant Excellent Svc. Is now our Go-To Subway. I wonder WHY Raytown shop is NOW CLOSED ????
