Oredered online. Havent been to this store in about a year due to issues in the past and can see they still have not been resolved. Not sure if anyone at this restsurant actually knows how to read. Ordered a 12"5 meat Italian on Multi grain not toasted and a 6" American Club both with pepper jack cheese and no mayo. Ended up walking out. 2 people working on 1 order for 10 minutes and then they messed up one of those sandwiches
I stopped in today to pickup food and the young Subway woman was on the phone with someone via earbud. The phone conversation continued for a bit while I waited then only stopped long enough for me to say what I needed then she continued on with the call during my whole time there only stopping long enough to somewhat "talk" to me on the order. While yes she did her "job" getting the order it was rude that she continued on that earbud conversation throughout my order. Not very good customer service.
This store doesn't honor subway coupons and their prices are crazy! Went today and got a footlong outlaw and it was $14.69. It's not like it's a Ventimiglia or dibella sub. I won't be back. Tomatoes were all frost bit.
The app is making it so these stores absolutely suck. They give you fake rewards that once you get close to getting you just will be locked out of your account. Never once let me use any reward and I had 3 different accounts now. Will never go to any subway for this reason. Shiesty for a place that already overcharges for an obscurely long sandwich.
