We made an order before the store opened, plans changed very last second and we needed to cancel. We tried over and over to do it online, tried to call the store over and over to get this canceled so no one had to waste time making the sandwich. The number online is a disconnected number. Got an Italian sub with vinaigrette and oil and the bread was soaked with the vinegar and oil
I ordered a sandwich from this store by accident. You cannot call the location, the phone does not work. I have requested twice a refund for this sandwich and I have yet to hear from anyone. There is no way to call the corporate office either to report an issue. I am very frustrated with this location.
The property manager needs to do something about the ventilation from the nail shop next door. I can't see how your employees spend a whole shift in there.
