Subway is ways very good the staff is so nice as well. Food is always very fresh and the bread is so soft all the time.
ordered a pick-up for 8:30, arrived at that time and the worker said they were closing and wouldn't make the order. they also didn't cancel the order, which has to be done by them, so my order couldn't be refunded. the store closes at 9, so I dont know why they didn't allow it.
Yall don’t use their app at all! I tried to order a sandwich for lunch and use Apple Pay for the order. They charged my card but the app said there was an error! MY MONEY IS STOLEN BASICALLY. The number doesn’t work it’s definitely a discontinued number. If you want better ratings, do better and get it together. How can you be a successful franchise but be so poorly ran.
We made an order before the store opened, plans changed very last second and we needed to cancel. We tried over and over to do it online, tried to call the store over and over to get this canceled so no one had to waste time making the sandwich. The number online is a disconnected number.
