Abhorrent in all regards. The other nearby subway (Buena Vista) isnt good either but unless you absolutely despise yourself go to that one. The only drink you can get here that is health conscious is diet pepsi. Yes. Pepsi. They dont even bother to put out iced tea. They regularly dont have ingredients you want. And to top it all off, the staff will always, without fail, have a bad attitude. Its been this way for years and I expect it to be this way until they go out of business someday.
Started with the bathroom not being open employee states “not open for public use” well for someone who was going to pay for the subway anyways that’s not a good start i was tempted to just eat at starbucks located a store over. After I made a few sandwiches at the end veggies fell out of the sandwich instead of fixing it and putting the veggies back in she just wrapped it how it was the bread and cheese tasted old and there was only one employee working.
Made order incorrectly and the store wasn’t busy… I had to wait an additional 7 min after the app said my order was ready
This establishment picks and chooses what coupons they want to honor. They also increase prices from their listed prices when coupons are being utilized. Not good practices for business.
On May 15, 2025 I had an order that was duplicated. I was not able to cancel online. I called the store and one of the servers was able to guide me through the app however I was not able to cancel. She could’ve hanged up and attended her customers in person, but she didn’t. She waited patiently on the phone with me. She was very patient waiting for me to login.
