This is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever been to when it comes to customer service. The person who attended me was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly had no interest in helping customers. I’ve visited many Subway locations, and this one stands out—in the worst way. I definitely won’t be coming back.
Went to pick up a mobile order, when I got there, nobody was behind the counter so i stood and waited. Eventually someone came up and asked if i had a mobile order, I said yeah so he came behind the counter finally. Then she started prying about if i was a “girl or boy.” with a nasty look on his face and didnt seem to believe i was here to pickup for a “melissa” even after i showed him the order confirmation. Nice Subway located on West Bay in Largo. Plenty of seating and the restaurant appeared very clean. There was a problem with the computer there so systems were down for a few minutes but after 10 minutes we were able to order. We understand things happen ! All the Subway menus online showcase The Monster (A Cheesesteak sandwhich with crispy bacon and double Monterey Jack cheese) .
