Just bought a combo meal, $11 and change. I go to sit down to eat my meal and a huge cockroach is on the dining room floor. Alive. I threw my sandwich away. If they have live, huge cockroaches in the dining room then they must be running all over the kitchen. Disgusting! No lunch for me, no refund and I'll never step foot in that filthy place again.
Please fire the heavy set woman working here. Her attitude is horrible and she sneezed all over the food like it was a day in park. Very unprofessional and DISGUSTING
the owner of the store needs to keep up on his machines. they switched over to Pepsi but their ice machine has been broken for quite a while. there are no signs to say there's no ice. which would be helpful in deciding whether or not to buy a drink. I have no problems with the employees in the store, they are great and the food is good. but there's a lack of attention to the store itself from ownership. in my opinion
I came to the west bay store and asked for 2 pepperoni dippers and got four. The lady working there is never happy and talks very quietly not a good store there is also a guy that works there as well he talks about his personal life I don’t want to listen to to that
This is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever been to when it comes to customer service. The person who attended me was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly had no interest in helping customers. I’ve visited many Subway locations, and this one stands out—in the worst way. I definitely won’t be coming back.
