the owner of the store needs to keep up on his machines. they switched over to Pepsi but their ice machine has been broken for quite a while. there are no signs to say there's no ice. which would be helpful in deciding whether or not to buy a drink. I have no problems with the employees in the store, they are great and the food is good. but there's a lack of attention to the store itself from ownership. in my opinion
I came to the west bay store and asked for 2 pepperoni dippers and got four. The lady working there is never happy and talks very quietly not a good store there is also a guy that works there as well he talks about his personal life I don’t want to listen to to that
This is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever been to when it comes to customer service. The person who attended me was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly had no interest in helping customers. I’ve visited many Subway locations, and this one stands out—in the worst way. I definitely won’t be coming back.
Went to pick up a mobile order, when I got there, nobody was behind the counter so i stood and waited. Eventually someone came up and asked if i had a mobile order, I said yeah so he came behind the counter finally. Then she started prying about if i was a “girl or boy.” with a nasty look on his face and didnt seem to believe i was here to pickup for a “melissa” even after i showed him the order confirmation.
